CPNZ have back fill for both Sacrificial and Impressed current anodes. This can be supplied loose or surrounding the anode in a Bag (sacrificial) or Canister (Impressed current).

USING THE LATEST RANGE OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT ALLOWS US TO:
• Efficiently identify CP current flowing from one pipe to another
• Identify if CP current is flowing to electrical earth
• Identify electrical shorts to another structure, i.e. a motorway support
• Identify faulty isolation joints.
• Identify high resistant joints, i.e., valves
• Perform ACVG coating defect surveys
ACCESS TO A NEW DCVG ALLOWS US TO:
• Locate coating defects
• Locate Third party strike damaging the coating or worse
• Use as a final QA check on new Pipelines

• Soil resistivity Meter - determines when to install an anode bed.
• CIPS (Close Interval Potential Survey) to identify and low potential areas.
• Isuzu 4x4 double cab Ute - allows access remote locations
• Interrupters and data loggers to enable and prove ON /OFF have been taken at each location.
• Exothermic Welding gear - enables long-term low resistance cable connections made to structures.
